What remote support can fix
Many software problems, slow performance, strange settings, browser issues, printer setup, can be diagnosed and fixed while you watch, over a screen-sharing session. It’s often faster than waiting for a visit, and works well for anyone comfortable following simple steps on screen.
When a visit still makes sense
Hardware problems, a PC that won’t turn on, a cracked screen, network dead zones in a finca, need someone physically present. So does the first setup of a new network or smart home system, where cables and access points have to be placed by hand.
How to decide
If your device turns on and connects to the internet, remote support is worth trying first. If it doesn’t power on, makes noise, or the issue is about WiFi reaching every room, book a visit instead.
